Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and demonstrate exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with clients, and effectively utilising software tools such as Salesforce to manage your sales pipeline.

Duties

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and expand the customer base.
  • Engage with potential clients through telemarketing, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up tasks using Salesforce or other relevant software.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
  • Strong ability to engage with clients and articulate product benefits effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is advantageous.
  • Experience in telemarketing or direct sales is a plus.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A strong desire to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Pay: £24,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
