Jackson Auto Components is seeking a Sales Executive to support our automotive parts operations. The role involves managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations, processing sales orders, maintaining stock and invoicing systems, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure product availability and accurate pricing.
This is a full-time position of 39 hours per week, with an annual salary of €35,000.
The successful candidate will provide customer service, assist with after-sales support, manage returns, and help identify new sales opportunities. The role also includes updating CRM records, supporting logistics for timely delivery, and preparing periodic sales reports.
Requirements include experience in sales, administration, logistics or customer service, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to manage client relationships independently. Knowledge of automotive parts is an advantage. Fluency in English is required, and Portuguese or Spanish is desirable for client and supplier liaison.
Responsibilities:
Manage customer enquiries and prepare quotations for automotive parts and components.
Process sales orders and coordinate with warehouse/logistics to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
Maintain and update CRM, invoicing and stock control systems.
Liaise with suppliers to monitor availability, confirm pricing and issue purchase orders.
Provide after-sales support, including handling returns and resolving customer issues.
Assist with account development, identifying new sales opportunities and supporting ongoing relationships.
Prepare periodic sales reports and contribute to sales planning and analysis.
Support general administrative duties related to sales and logistics operations.
Work a full-time schedule of 39 hours per week.
Key Requirements:
Experience in sales, administration, logistics or customer service.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks.
Knowledge of automotive components is an advantage.
Fluency in English; Portuguese or Spanish desirable.
Experience with CRM, invoicing or stock control systems is an advantage.
