Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes.
Duties:
– Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, preparing sales-related documents, and responding to customer inquiries.
– Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
– Maintain and update sales and customer records in the company database.
– Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
– Monitor and track sales targets and goals.
– Assist in organizing sales events or promotional activities.
Requirements:
– Proficiency in sales administration software.
– Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
– Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
– Previous experience in sales administration or a related role is preferred.
– Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficient in using Outlook and other office software applications.
– Computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
– Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
