Our offer:

• We are keen to innovate and offer very flexible options for the right candidate. We can offer for example the option to work one-month on island and one-month virtually.
• We are happy to discuss other work arrangements and job shares would be considered.
• 6 sessions per week
• £11,500 – £13,000 per session per annum, dependent on experience
• 6 weeks annual leave, 1 week’s study leave a year (pro rata)
• Medical indemnity insurance cover
• Tier 2 Visa Sponsorship available
• Salaried with a view to partnership if desired

• Paramedic and pharmacists run home visiting/care homes service alongside the care-coordinator.
• Full workflow optimisation through highly skilled admin team.

Location:

The stunning Isle of Wight with breathtaking views, dramatic beaches. A laidback feel and a great destination for water sports, cycling and festivals from the famous Cowes regatta to the Isle of Wight Music Festival. The Island is a wonderful safe environment to bring up children, with affordable housing and good connections; ferry and hovercraft connections you can get to the mainland in as little as ten minutes across the Solent.

Ventnor boasts more hours of sunshine than anywhere else in the UK.. Here you will find a quirky town that rises up with the cliffs. Expect to find many artisan cafes, independent eateries, and boutique shops that all add to the distinctly arty vibe.

The beach at Ventnor Bay offers some of the best views across the English Channel. It nestles under St Martin’s down, one of the Island’s highest hills. This creates its famous micro-climate. A wonderful natural suntrap which appealed to the Victorian visitors who flocked to Ventnor as a health resort.
Venturing out along the sea wall paths you can discover the small village of Bonchurch or the tiny fishing hamlet of Steephill Cove (which is only accessible by foot) are true delights.
