Salaried GP: (Company Name - Subscribers only)
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic GP to join our friendly, forward-thinking team at Marston Forest Healthcare, part of the Greenvale Primary Care Network. This is a hybrid role with: – 4 sessions as a Salaried GP – 2 sessions under the ARRS (Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme) This is ideal for a portfolio GP interested in variety, development, and working across practice and PCN structures.
Main duties of the job
Salaried GP Sessions (4 sessions)
– Deliver high-quality patient care to a diverse population – Telephone, face-to-face and online consultations – Prescribing, referrals, and care planning – Participation in audits, QOF, safeguarding and MDT meetings – Collaboration with our team of GPs, nurses, ANPs, pharmacists and social prescribers
ARRS GP Sessions (2 sessions)
– Deliver PCN-wide Enhanced Access and population health services – Work with ARRS-funded roles such as care coordinators, PAs, and pharmacists – Improve care for defined populations (e.g. frailty, care homes) – Lead on service development and PCN clinical priorities
