Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Roofer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in roofing installation, repair, and maintenance for both residential and commercial properties.

As a Roofer, you will be responsible for ensuring all roofing work is completed to the highest standard of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace roofs using materials such as tiles, slates, felt, shingles, or metal sheets.
• Inspect roof structures and determine the best repair methods.
• Measure, cut, and fit roofing materials to precise specifications.
• Identify leaks and other roofing issues and perform necessary fixes.
• Work safely at height, following all Health & Safety guidelines.
• Operate tools and equipment such as ladders, scaffolds, and power tools.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients.

Experience & Requirements

✅ Minimum 2–3 years experience as a Roofer (commercial or domestic).

✅ Knowledge of different roofing systems (pitched, flat, slate, and tiled roofs).

✅ Ability to work at height and in varying weather conditions.

✅ Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures.

✅ CSCS card (preferred but not essential).

✅ Full UK driving licence (advantage).

✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
