We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Restaurant Manager who possesses an engaging personality and can serve as a prominent figurehead for our esteemed Brossen Restaurant, which has been awarded the coveted AA rosette. The ideal candidate will bring relevant experience in a similar environment, along with a stable career history and outstanding service credentials.

• Previous experience in restaurant operations within a luxurious four-star establishment.
• Ability to cultivate, develop, motivate, and mentor a team, providing comprehensive training to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
• Strong customer focus and an affinity for interacting with people.
• Professionalism and meticulous attention to detail in order to enhance and uphold high standards.
• A team player with a proactive approach, ready to contribute hands-on to the restaurant’s success.

The Inn on the Square has 34 bedrooms, a 70 cover steakhouse restaurant with open display kitchen, cocktail bar and substantial lounges; and a separate pub ‘The Queens Head’, this is a modern food-led hotel with some of the best accommodation in the area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
