Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations within our vibrant establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities to ensure smooth operation and excellent customer service.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Manage staff schedules, assign duties, and supervise team members including servers, kitchen staff, and baristas.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards across all departments.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control efficiently.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve any complaints promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Implement training programmes for staff development focusing on hospitality, food safety, and service excellence.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and equipment.
- Maintain a welcoming environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Extensive restaurant experience with a solid understanding of food production, kitchen operations, and service protocols.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is essential.
- Previous experience in culinary roles such as food preparation or cooking is highly desirable.
- Leadership skills demonstrated through team management roles in hospitality environments.
- Familiarity with hotel or barista experience is considered an advantage but not essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £33,500.00-£37,500.00 per year
