Restaurant Business Development Manager

Duties:
-Day to day running of the restaurant comprising of but not exclusive to the following duties

  • Devise and execute Business development strategies
  • Handling invoices and payment queries
  • Staffing duties such as staff rotas and recruitments
  • place orders and Receive and process incoming shipments of food and beverages
  • Maintain a clean and organized Restaurant environment
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines
  • Maintain the restaurant equipment and furniture
  • Monthly and weekly sales reporting and P & L
  • Menus and offers
  • Marketing and advertising
  • Ensure quality and standards are of highest quality

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in a Restaurant or catering environment is required
– Ability manage staff, sales, marketing, purchasing and everything that is required to
perform the duties.
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
– Basic computer skills for inventory management systems and to perform above-mentioned duties.

Pay: £11.44-£20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 50 per week

  • Supervising experience: 3 years (required)
  • Business Developmentand management: 3 years (required)
  • Hospitality: 2 years (preferred)
  • Management: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)
