About The Service:
The service is a warm and welcoming 25-bed independent nursing home, offering both residential and nursing care.
They are part of a small, close-knit group of three homes, alongside 2 sister services. This well ran and compliant home offers general nursing, dementia care, and palliative/end-of-life support.
? Your Responsibilities as a Registered Nurse here:
As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, person-centred care. Your duties will include:
- Providing palliative and end-of-life care
- Supporting residents with dementia
- Creating and reviewing care plans
- Administering medications and completing MARS charts
- Participating in GP rounds
- Managing syringe drivers and pain relief
- Monitoring diabetes and continence care
- Conducting safeguarding and risk assessments
You’ll be supported as a Registered Nurse by a dedicated care team:
??? 1 Nurse + 6 Carers (Morning) | 1 Nurse + 5 Carers (Afternoon)
