Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced and people-focused Registered Care Manager to lead our domiciliary (home care) service in Bracknell. This is a key leadership role where you’ll ensure high-quality, person-centred care for our clients, while building, supporting and developing a strong care team.

You’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations, compliance, quality assurance and team performance—helping us deliver outstanding care while running an efficient, well-organised service.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead the delivery of high-quality home care in Bracknell ensuring excellent client outcomes
  • Complete client assessments, care planning, reviews and risk management
  • Recruit, onboard, train and develop care professionals and care coordinators
  • Provide supervision, mentoring and performance support to your team
  • Drive quality assurance, audits and continuous improvement
  • Ensure full compliance with CQC requirements and (Company Name - Subscribers only) standards
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, families and local healthcare professionals
  • Support the office to improve retention, consistency of care and overall service standards

About you

  • Proven experience in a Registered Care Manager / Care Manager / Senior Care Manager role within home care / domiciliary care
  • Strong knowledge of CQC compliance, audits and care quality standards
  • Confident leading recruitment, hiring, coaching and developing teams
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Calm, proactive and professional under pressure
  • Driver with access to a car (essential)
  • Right to work in the UK (visa switch sponsorship may be considered for the right UK-based candidate)
