he receptionist / administration role supports the overall service, hospitality and learner support services at An Grianán College of Adult Education. The receptionist / admin is the first member of staff to greet guests and students arriving at the college. They will be responsible for the friendly service that students and/or guests receive on arrival and the positive impact that all guests will experience throughout their stay. They will be responsible for ensuring that bookings, documents and files are correctly filed and that all information is available to the line manager. The receptionist / admin will receive and process all the necessary booking information from the groups and ensures this is correctly updated in the booking system and shared with the team. The receptionist / admin is responsible for collating feedback and promotional material and sharing with the communications officer to support the promotion of the college. The receptionist / admin will also provide support in organising events and classes, update the staff roster and liaise with and book class tutors.
