This is a varied, hands-on R&D Technician role where you’ll get to learn all about the product development process. You’ll be working in the lab, creating product samples for customer presentations. You’ll be in the factory, supporting trials to take new concepts through to launch. You’ll have responsibility for ensuring the lab is well maintained with accurate record keeping.

Throughout you’ll work closely with the NPD Manager who’ll ensure you have full training and support to develop your skills.

You’ll be joining a successful close-knit food business that produces delicious creative products. They have further investment to grow and exciting innovation plans that you’ll be part of.

To succeed here you’ll need some food-related experience in a lab, food manufacturing or catering environment. You’ll have science-related qualifications, good IT skills and great attention to detail.

This is a site-based role working Mon-Fri days. You’ll need the permanent right to work in the UK as visa sponsorship isn’t available with this role.
