QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Location: Near Burnley, Lancashire
Salary: up to £55k per year with company car + fuel, laptop and phone
Full-time, permanent, direct hire

Experience and skills required:

• Quantity Surveying degree
• 3+ years experience of QS on Civil / NEC projects
• Provides support to Director and Contract Managers
• Reviews project plans and provides quantity takeoffs
• Ensures materials are bought at the best price and delivered on-time
• Ensures all work and materials are compensated
• Understands compensation events for NEC contracts
• Undertakes on-site measurements
• Supports Operations team
