Shannon Vale Foods are recruiting a Quality Food Technologist for their site at : Gallanes, Clonakilty, Co Cork P85 XD37
Roles and responsibilities as follows:
Working as part of a team with maintenance to ensure compliance with all relevant food safety and quality standards
· Production checks in line with company HACCP and SOPs.
· Completion of daily production record keeping.
· Carrying out audits, including GMP and Traceability audits.
Requirements:
· Food / Science qualification
· A minimum of one year experience in the food industry is required
· HACCP/ Food Safety Knowledge
· Knowledge of Word, Excel other computer software packages
· Problem solver, good communication and good organisational skills
Remuneration is €35,000 per annum based on 39 hours per week.
