We are recruiting for Level 3 Qualified Early Years Educator to join our team. Positions available at Crescent II (SW17) settings.
This role would suit anybody that has experience as an Early Years Teacher, Early Years Practitioner, Nursery Teacher, Apprentice Educator, Nursery Educator or Nursery Assistant.

Salary: £27,000 – £35,000 p/a for Level 3 Qualified Practitioners
Qualifications:
- Minimum Level 2 Early Years Educator qualification (or other full and relevant Early Years qualification)
- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)

Duties:
- Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 1-3
- Plan and implement EYFS-appropriate activities, ensuring they are stimulating and engaging
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
