We are seeking an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality projects within our dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The Project Coordinator will support project managers and teams in planning, executing, and tracking projects to ensure timely and successful delivery. This role involves coordinating schedules, maintaining documentation, facilitating communication, and ensuring adherence to project goals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in multitasking within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Coordination

Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables.

Schedule and organize meetings, workshops, and stakeholder check-ins.

Track project milestones, deadlines, and dependencies.

  • Maintain project documentation (e.g., charters, meeting minutes, action logs).

Communication & Stakeholder Management

Serve as a liaison between teams, departments, and external partners.

Distribute project updates, reports, and key decisions to stakeholders.

Ensure clear and consistent communication across all project channels.

  • Administrative & Logistical Support

Manage project tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure Dev Ops, SharePoint).

Coordinate resources, materials, and equipment for project execution.

Responsible to create Project KPI’s, Actions log, Status Reporting and Tracking progress

  • Risk & Issue Tracking

Monitor project risks and issues, escalating when necessary.

Help maintain risk registers and mitigation plans.

Support problem-solving and contingency planning.

  • Quality Assurance & Compliance

Ensure project activities align with organizational standards.

Conduct quality checks on deliverables before submission.

Assist in audits and documentation reviews.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

4+ years of experience in project coordination, administration, or operations.

Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) is a plus.

  • Technical Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure Dev Ops, JIRA).

Basic understanding of budgeting and reporting.

Strong organizational & time-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Problem-solving & adaptability in dynamic environments.
