We are looking to hire a dedicated Programmatic Associate to join our team!

Overview
The Programmatic team are responsible for implementing, optimising, and reporting on all programmatic activity across Display and VOD. The purpose of this role is to
support the Programmatic Manager(s) and Senior Programmatic Manager(s) in the day to day running of the allocated team.
Part of the remit is working collaboratively with all our Media Planning Practices assisting in the creation of campaigns that deliver real results for our clients.
The team have a very structured learning programme in place, delivered by the best trainers in the industry. The purpose of this is to ensure a consistent level of
knowledge covering everything from the basics to advanced areas of Programmatic media.

Your profile
Keen attention to detail.
Strong understanding of digital media in Irish landscape.
Understanding what excellence in Programmatic looks like and ensuring it exists in output for our clients.
Understanding of digital buying, VOD and Display are crucial.
Previous experience in delivery of Display and VOD campaigns.
Ability to built strong relationships with clients and teams.
Keen to learn new skills and open to new opportunities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to produce reports, understand performance metrics and provide insight into programmatic data to influence future client spend and campaigns.
Minimum of 6 months’ experience in digital buying, or an interest in digital media planning and buying is essential.
English is the working language of this role so a good command of the language is a requirement.
