Job Description:
(Company Name - Subscribers only) is looking for a motivated Procurement Officer to join our purchasing team. The professional will be responsible for organising and carrying out the procurement of raw materials, equipment, and goods, working with qualified suppliers such as manufacturers, importers, and wholesalers.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and select qualified suppliers for products and materials necessary for aesthetic treatments, such as equipment and supplies.
Negotiate supply terms, prices, and contracts with suppliers, ensuring the best cost-benefit ratio for the clinic.
Purchase products and services, maintaining budget control and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Evaluate the quality and compliance of purchased products and ensure they meet the clinic’s standards.
Monitor product deliveries, maintaining good relationships with suppliers and ensuring timely deliveries.
Collaborate with beauty professionals in selecting specific products and materials for treatments, aligning the needs of the team and the clinic.
Maintain detailed purchasing records and prepare reports on procurement processes for the clinic’s management.

Requirements:
1 to 2 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in the aesthetics, beauty, or related sectors.
Negotiation skills and analytical abilities to select the best suppliers and products within the established budget.

Annual Salary: €34.000
Rate Salary: € 16,77
