We’re seeking a dedicated Administrator Team Lead to join our Primary Care Team. This role suits someone with strong communication and admin skills who thrives in a fast-paced setting. You’ll support both clinical and leadership teams, ensuring smooth service delivery.

You’ll work across Wetherby YOI, Adel Beck, and Aldine House, adapting to service needs.

Key duties include:

  • Direct Line management of the Admin Team
  • Directly supporting the Leadership Team
  • Project management / Oversight
  • Supporting Change positively
  • Direct oversight of the Admin Team duties
  • Daily audits
  • Managing procurement
  • Processing subject access requests/redactions,
  • MDT Working
  • Stakeholder communication
  • Governance
  • Data processing, and reporting.

Main duties of the job

Were looking for a proactive and dependable Administration Team Lead to oversee and support our dedicated admin team.

You’ll be responsible for supervising and line managing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality administrative support across the service. Working closely with the Management Team.

You’ll contribute to report production, staff onboarding, and the development of clear, effective processes.

A key part of your role will be communicating service changes consistently across the team. This is a dynamic role suited to someone with excellent communication skills and proven experience managing multiple priorities in a busy office environment. You’ll need to be flexible, collaborative, and confident working both independently and as part of a wider team. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, along with experience using SystmOne.

You should be comfortable producing, analysing, and interpreting data in response to requests from various stakeholders.

In addition, you’ll act as a central point of contact for internal and external partners, managing shared inboxes with accuracy and professionalism. You’ll provide confidential administrative and clerical support to senior management and the clinical team, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
