Location: 27 Fitzwilliam Street Lower, Dublin 2 and several locations across Ireland according to the clients.
Salary: €34,882 per year
Hours: 40 hrs/wk
Responsibilities:
Application of specialist coating by brush and spray.
Surface preparation by various means.
Grit blasting.
Decorating painting, drawings and textures as per job specification.
Maintaining painting of interior and exterior spaces.
Repainting internal walls, doors and woodwork as required.
Preparing all work areas by covering surfaces with protective materials.
Using putty, caulk, plaster and other fillers to fill cracks and holes as required.
Mixing and matching paint colours, stain, or varnish.
Monitoring and maintaining presentation standards.
Performing general maintenance and painting repairs internally and externally.
Requirements:
Good knowledge of English is preferrable.
Completed Health and Safety training would be an advantage.
Have knowledge of painting tools, equipment and colours is preferrable, but training will be provided.
