Operations Assistant(Cantonese/Mandarin): (Company Name - Subscribers only)
Key Responsibilities
- Tender Evaluation: Assess and compare the scope of services and work provided by different vendors and contractors to ensure optimal value and quality.
- Vendor and Supplier Management: Oversee relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Contractor Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for contractors, coordinating schedules and ensuring compliance with project requirements.
- Invoice Handling: Process and manage invoices, working with the accounts team to ensure accuracy and timely payments.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to management on operational activities, vendor performance, and project progress.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations, administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Cantonese/Mandarin Speaking will be beneficial, but not essential
