Business Development: Proactively source new opportunities outside of the existing (Company Name - Subscribers only) network and build strong industry relationships.Market Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of the serviced office market, stay updated on trends, and provide professional advice to clients.Collaboration & CRM: Work closely with internal teams, maintain up-to-date CRM records, and establish a strong presence among providers and brokers.
