In this role, you will collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to support adults, adolescents, and children in achieving greater confidence, independence, and joy in their lives.The Position:Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to clients across NDIS, Medicare and private funding streams in a variety of settings (clinic, home, school, workplace, community).Support participants to identify and achieve goals, promoting independence, inclusion and wellbeing.Provide high-quality assessments, interventions, and reports that reflect best practice and comply with professional, ethical and legislative requirements.Provide education, coaching and capacity-building to clients and their support systems.Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with support coordinators, GPs and schools.Complete risk assessments, functional capacity evaluations, and equipment prescription.Support early intervention and preventative care plans, particularly for children and young pe
