We are recruiting for Level 3 Qualified Early Years Educators to join our team. Positions available at Mouse House SW18 and Crescent II (SW17) settings. These are year-round settings.

This role would suit anybody that has experience as an Early Years Teacher, Early Years Practitioner, Nursery Teacher, Apprentice Educator, Nursery Educator or Nursery Assistant.

Salary: £27,352 – £30,056 p/a for Level 3 Qualified Practitioners (pro-rated for part time roles)

Qualifications:

• Minimum Level 2 Early Years Educator qualification (or other full and relevant Early Years qualification)
• Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)

Duties:

• Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5
• Plan and implement EYFS-appropriate activities, ensuring they are stimulating and engaging
• Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
