MSK Osteopath Lead – Ideal position for an osteopath to get into clinical management and leadership. The role would consist of clinical casework as well as non-clinical management, such as training, mentoring, CPD, 121s. The position will also involve being part of the Senior Leadership team and involved in developing (Company Name - Subscribers only) and delivering excellence and growth within the company. Prior management experience is desired but not essential as support, training and development are provided.

The ideal candidate would be 5 years+, BUPA registered, have a passion for helping to develop other osteopaths (especially new graduates) & a strong belief in collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team. The ideal candidate would also have great communication & excellent organisation skills. Remuneration based upon enhanced base salary, performance-related bonus and benefits package.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BUPA registration (5+ years / (beneficial but not essential
• Additional qualifications such as medical acupuncture, 121 Pilates, women’s health training, Shockwave, etc. (beneficial but not essential)

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

• Minimum BOst Osteopathy Degree
• GOsC Registered
