The Role:
– We’re looking for a Mobile Phone Repair Technician with experience in re-lamination or reglassing to help refurbish and restore smartphones to factory quality.
– You’ll be part of a high-volume, production-line environment, working alongside other skilled technicians to deliver outstanding results and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
– Perform repair and refurbishment work such as re-lamination, screen bonding, glass replacement, or reglassing.
– Work effectively in a production-line setting to meet quality and output targets.
– Train and mentor junior or entry-level technicians.
– Lead small teams and perform quality checks on completed repairs.
– Communicate clearly with management (written and spoken English required).
– Suggest and implement improvements to increase efficiency and throughput.
What We’re Looking For:
– Experience in mobile phone repair or electronics refurbishment.
– Confidence working in one or more key stages of a 10-step production process.
– Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
– Ability to train, guide, and motivate others.
– A humble, team-focused attitude u2014 no egos, just collaboration and growth.
Salary & Progression
– £30,000 u2013 £55,000 per year, depending on experience and ability to train others.
