The Role:

We are on the lookout for exceptional engineers to enhance our Mechanical Engineering team. There are multiple opportunities are available for Mechanical Engineers specialising in:

Product development
Component design
Product testing and development
Problem solving
Design for Manufacturing / Assembly
Hydraulic system design
Automotive Suspension / Shock Absorbers

Your Impact:

As a pivotal part of our Engineering team, you will:

Lead in the design and development of Mechanical systems, including conceptual design, Validation testing through to product launch.
Drive innovation in system design and analysis, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.
Collaborate closely with design teams to refine and optimise product designs.
Contribute to multidisciplinary projects, from requirements to execution and testing.
Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, manufacturing systems and methods of work to gain efficiencies and improve quality to resolve engineering issues.
Provide technical liaison with supplier, manufacturing and customers

Who You Are:

The ideal candidates will possess:

An Engineering degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Aerospace, or a related field.
Demonstrable experience in mechanical component and hydraulic system design.
Previous experience in Defence is highly desirable
Proficiency in creating and executing detailed test plans.
Strong Mechanical problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
A proactive attitude towards personal and team development.
Previous experience in the defence, aerospace, or automotive industries is a plus.
Willingness to engage in international travel for project needs.
