The Role:
We are on the lookout for exceptional engineers to enhance our Mechanical Engineering team. There are multiple opportunities are available for Mechanical Engineers specialising in:
- Product development
- Component design
- Product testing and development
- Problem solving
- Design for Manufacturing / Assembly
- Hydraulic system design
- Automotive Suspension / Shock Absorbers
Your Impact:
As a pivotal part of our Engineering team, you will:
- Lead in the design and development of Mechanical systems, including conceptual design, Validation testing through to product launch.
- Drive innovation in system design and analysis, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.
- Collaborate closely with design teams to refine and optimise product designs.
- Contribute to multidisciplinary projects, from requirements to execution and testing.
- Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, manufacturing systems and methods of work to gain efficiencies and improve quality to resolve engineering issues.
- Provide technical liaison with supplier, manufacturing and customers
Who You Are:
The ideal candidates will possess:
- An Engineering degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Aerospace, or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience in mechanical component and hydraulic system design.
- Previous experience in Defence is highly desirable
- Proficiency in creating and executing detailed test plans.
- Strong Mechanical problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
- A proactive attitude towards personal and team development.
- Previous experience in the defence, aerospace, or automotive industries is a plus.
- Willingness to engage in international travel for project needs.
