Full Time: Yes Number of Workers Requested: 2 Job Duties: Essential duties for Mechanic: – Perform routine maintenance on farm machinery and automotive vehicles. – Diesel and gasoline engines included. – Inspect machines for faulty parts, wear, damage, or specific problems that could affect performance. – Analyze and diagnose mechanical issues. – Input, track and maintain all maintenance data and records. – Keep machinery in good working condition. – Assemble mechanical components and make repairs. – Conduct routine maintenance work (replace fluids, lubricating parts, etc.). – Report to shop, or designated meeting location, to review daily tasks with supervisor. – Perform assigned tasks/repairs. – Duties will include servicing of farm equipment, forklifts, tractors and vehicles. – Duties of mechanic will regularly expose workers to moving mechanical parts.
