We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations within our establishment. Duties

Supervise daily operations, ensuring that all staff adhere to company standards and protocols.
Oversee food preparation and production processes, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve their best performance in a fast-paced environment.
Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are available for seamless operations.
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and enhance existing offerings.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas in compliance with health regulations.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
Assist in scheduling shifts and managing staff workloads to optimise efficiency.

Skills

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
