Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to lead our organisation towards achieving its strategic goals. Responsibilites

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive organisational growth and efficiency.
• Manage daily operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and objectives.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to optimise performance.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive accountability across departments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and clients to enhance business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, promoting best practices throughout the organisation.
• Conduct regular assessments of organisational performance and implement improvements as necessary.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Director or in a similar capacity.
• Strong managerial skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic initiatives that align with organisational goals.
• Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and resource allocation.
• A degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
