Reporting into Facilities Maintenance Manager the Maintenance Tradesperson will join our Maintenance department on a fulltime basis at our Guildford site. As a Maintenance Tradesperson, you’ll play a key role in delivering hands-on support across sites, performing preventative and reactive maintenance to (Company Name - Subscribers only)’s high standards.
Department Overview: Working across our Perth sites, the maintenance team is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of our buildings, plant and machinery. (Company Name - Subscribers only)’s Facilities Team supports the operation and upkeep of multiple branches across Perth, ensuring all sites are safe, functional, and compliant.
Roster: Monday to Friday, 8.5 Hours per day (including meal break)
What You’ll Do:
u00b7 Attend and rectify internal maintenance requests
u00b7 Install new fixtures, appliances, or equipment
u00b7 Conduct on site repairs on plant and equipment.
Skills & Experience:
u00b7 General Maintenance Experience (desirable)
u00b7 A strong commitment to safety
u00b7 Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
u00b7 Positive attitude and great work ethic
