Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician with a strong electrical background to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our restaurant facilities in London. This role is vital in maintaining our high standards of quality and safety, supporting our mission to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with restaurant management to schedule maintenance activities.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance work performed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and electrical regulations.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment as needed.
- Lead or supervise junior maintenance staff when required
Qualifications
- Proven experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance within a hospitality or restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, welding, electrical systems, and general mechanical knowledge.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Supervising or leadership experience is preferred.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
