If you are interested in leading and developing the pharmacy services to surgical patients then this is an exciting opportunity for you to join a highly regarded clinical team.
The pharmacy team is already well embedded within the MDT which will allow you to grow your clinical and leadership skills in a supportive setting that recognises the pivotal role that pharmacy plays in patient care.
A change in directorate portfolios will provide the environment for a motivated individual to work collaboratively to improve patient care and medicines safety across all parts of the surgical patient journey,
Main duties of the job
To be responsible for the provision of a high quality clinical pharmacy service to surgical services (specificallygeneral surgery, urology, obstetrics & gynaecology).
To liaise with and provide medicines management reports for the Planned & Surgical Care directorates to ensure safe, effective, cost efficient prescribing
