We’re looking for motivated individuals with a passion for tech to join our Technology Talent Programme in Stevenage. You don’t need a degree or prior technical experience, just the drive to learn. The goal is for you to join a pathway and then secure a permanent role with our client!
Over 6 weeks of immersive training, we’ll equip you with the practical skills to succeed in an 18-month paid placement at a leading global investment bank.

What You’ll Learn at (Company Name - Subscribers only) Academy
Our training will give you the foundations you need to thrive across different roles:
- Python programming & MySQL basics
- Linux scripting & automation
- DevOps tools (Docker, Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
- CI/CD practices (Jenkins, Git, Agile)
- Networking & infrastructure fundamentals
- Agile methodologies & project lifecycle concepts
- High-level financial services knowledge
- Professional skills & interview preparation
What You Need to Succeed
- A genuine passion for technology
- Strong communication & teamwork skills
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
- We will be prioritising candidates who do not hold University degree
- Local to Stevenage – please only apply if you are living within 20 miles / 45 min commute. We won’t be considering candidates who are willing to relocate
- Permanent right to work in the UK – we don’t provide visa sponsorship
- Commitment to attending the office 5 days a week when required
