Job Description:
Cronin Buckley Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Painter (Entry-Level) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin a career in industrial painting within a supportive and hands-on environment. The successful candidate will receive on-the-job training and work under the supervision of experienced professionals to learn surface preparation, paint application techniques, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as needed
Apply industrial paints and coatings using spray guns, rollers, or brushes
Mix and match paint colors and materials according to specifications
Inspect finished surfaces for quality and consistency
Maintain painting equipment and ensure proper storage of materials
Follow health and safety procedures, including the use of PPE and ventilation systems
Collaborate with workshop supervisors to meet production deadlines
Perform touch-ups and rework as required
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
No prior experience required; training will be provided
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to work in a physically active workshop environment
Basic English communication skills
Commitment to safety and teamwork

Desirable (but not required):
Familiarity with painting tools or workshop environments
Interest in developing a long-term career in industrial painting or manufacturing
