We manage over 12,500 properties across the city and are on an ambitious journey to deliver the highest standards of customer care and service delivery. Our work is guided by A Place Called Home—Manchester’s vision for social housing (2022–2025), which puts residents at the heart of everything we do. About the Role

As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering resident-led services that are high in quality, value, and impact. You will:

• Lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to residents, including in sensitive and complex situations.
• Use data and performance metrics to drive service delivery and accountability.
• Oversee the implementation of new technologies and ensure legal and policy compliance.
• Contribute to strategic planning and service development aligned with Manchester’s housing vision.

• Work confidently with financial data and ICT systems helping to procure new systems to enhance the customer experience and maximise rent collection.
• Demonstrate detailed knowledge of welfare benefits, Universal Credit, and housing-related legislation.
