We manage over 12,500 properties across the city and are on an ambitious journey to deliver the highest standards of customer care and service delivery. Our work is guided by A Place Called Home—Manchester’s vision for social housing (2022–2025), which puts residents at the heart of everything we do. About the Role
As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering resident-led services that are high in quality, value, and impact. You will:
- Lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to residents, including in sensitive and complex situations.
- Use data and performance metrics to drive service delivery and accountability.
- Oversee the implementation of new technologies and ensure legal and policy compliance.
- Contribute to strategic planning and service development aligned with Manchester’s housing vision.
