What are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Shift Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our hotel during their assigned shift. The ideal candidate will ensure that all departments operate smoothly, maintain high levels of guest satisfaction, and uphold the standards of our hotel.

What should we expect of you?

– Support front desk and other hotel staff during the shift with an emphasis on a hands on approach in the bar area.

– Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.

– Ensure that all areas of the hotel are clean, well-maintained, and meet company standards.

– Assist with the check-in and check-out processes as needed.

– Communicate any issues to the management team and kitchen staff.

Do you have?

– Experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.

– Excellent customer service and communication skills.

– A team-oriented mindset.

– Ability to handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism.

– Familiarity with hotel management software (PMS) and basic accounting principles.

– Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
