What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead, inspire, and shape a strong, child-focused culture
• Ensure homes meet (and beat) Ofsted standards
• Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)
• Oversee operations, staffing, budgets & placements
• Collaborate with professionals to create meaningful change in young lives
• Develop in of our key areas to contribute to senior leadership team and specialise such as training, development, safeguarding, senior management, compliance etc

What You’ll Bring

• QCF Level 3 (required), Level 5 in Leadership (preferred)
• 2+ years senior residential care experience
• Solid knowledge of Children’s Home Regs & safeguarding
• Confidence, compassion & a drive to lead with impact
• Full UK driving license
