(Company Name - Subscribers only), (Congregation of Our Lady of Charity of the Good Shepherd) welcomes applications for the post of Health Care Assistant to join our team.
Period for employment of this role is a full-time position working 39 hours per week. Place of employment is High Park, Grace Park Road, Drumcondra, Dublin 9. Proposed start date is 5th January 2025
The Health Care Assistant will work as a member of our team assisting Nursing Staff in providing a high standard of quality person-centred care to residents. To ensure resident’s needs and safety are addressed at all times. To treat all residents with courtesy and consideration. Ensuring a high level of communication between each resident and their families. To effectively report to nursing staff regarding changes to residents’ condition and well-being while maintaining accurate records and documentation. To provide effective individualized/person-centred nursing care. Be aware and understand HIQA standards.
Minimum Annual remuneration is €29,069.04 (based on a 42 hour week contract at €13.31 per hour)
