Exciting opportunities available at a prestigious Italian fine dining restaurant in Mayfair, London.
We are looking for:
– Head Waiters
– Chef de Rang
– Runners
Requirements:
– Valid UK work permit (mandatory)
– Already based in London
– Previous fine dining experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the Front of House team during service.
- Ensure that all guests receive a high level of service in line with fine dining standards.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Train, guide, and motivate waiters and runners to maintain service excellence.
- Manage table assignments, oversee order accuracy, and ensure smooth communication between kitchen and service staff.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally, ensuring positive outcomes.
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and readiness of the dining area.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Pay: £39,600.94-£45,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
