Head of Resourcing (XN09): (Company Name - Subscribers only)
The post holder will be responsible for providing expert and authoritative advice and leadership in all aspects of recruitment and medical staffing, manage the integrated resourcing teams in the provision of support for all recruitment (Recruitment Service, Estates and Facilities and Medical and Dental) and transactional HR Services and related activity across the Trust. The post holder will also be responsible for the co-ordination of all International Recruitment, to ensure that all of the Trusts recruitment in this area meets the ethical standards and is fully compliant with Home Office guidance. The post holder will also oversee the administration of staff visa / certificate of sponsorship renewal, to ensure that all staff working at the Trust have the correct right to work. The post holder will ensure that recruitment is carried out effectively, efficiently and in compliance with statutory requirements and good practice guidance, developing, updating, and implementing policies, processes and systems as necessary. The post holder will be responsible for the accurate inputting of workforce information to trust systems including Basis, ESR and (Company Name - Subscribers only). The role includes the management of the on-going development and production of a suite of timely and relevant workforce reports to support trust workforce planning and to assure the Trust Board on key performance indicators. The post holder will act as the Trusts lead for interpreting employment legislation and case law and providing expert advice on the specialist HR issues e.g. Recruitment (including volunteers) and all medical staffing terms and conditions (Consultants, trust grade doctors and doctors in training).
