About the Role
We’re hiring a hands-on Head of Growth Operator to take ownership of the performance engine of a fast-scaling DTC e-commerce brand.
This is not a typical management role. You will work directly with the founder and be responsible for driving growth across markets, channels, and funnels. You don’t need to have done this exact role before— BUT you need to be a builder who figures things out fast and gets things done.
If you combine analytical thinking with hands-on e-commerce experience and an ownership mentality, this role is for you.
Tasks
- Performance marketing across Meta, Google, AppLovin (Axon), and Taboola
- Creative strategy— identifying winning hooks, angles, and concepts
- Copywriting— ads, landing pages, funnels, and product pages
- Funnel optimization—CRO, upsells, cross-sells, and conversion rate improvements
- Scaling paid traffic and improving ROAS across all channels
- Team leadership— managing and scaling a creative team (starting with video editors; you’ll be responsible for hiring 2-3 additional video editors in your first 90 days)
