The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the unique culinary traditions of the Kongu Nadu region of Tamil Nadu, known for its subtle flavors, minimal use of oil, and emphasis on fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Kongu cuisine is celebrated for its rustic charm and signature dishes such as Kari Dosa, Pallipalayam Chicken, Kongu-style biryanis, and millet-based preparations. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a culinary team in Dublin and bring authentic South Indian flavors to a diverse and growing audience. The position demands creativity, leadership, and a commitment to culinary excellence and cultural authenticity.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage kitchen operations with a focus on Kongu-style cuisine.
Curate and innovate traditional South Indian menus.
Ensure high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene.
Train and supervise kitchen staff.
Source authentic ingredients and manage kitchen inventory.
Collaborate with management on menu development and cost control.

Required Skills & Qualifications
