Dylan Bradshaw Dublin and ku.fee™ are recruiting an experienced head barista/manager to assist in the everyday running of their speciality coffee shop in Dublin 2.
56 South William Street is a 6-storey, 18th century Georgian house which is viewed as a creative space for all the Dylan Bradshaw Dublin team, that offers a wide range of hair & beauty services to their clients, speciality tea and coffee to their customers and an extensive range of retail products.

Responsibilities:

opening + closing the shop

making great cups of coffee + knowing your tea blends.

food preparation.

stock management.

cash management.

rostering.

ordering.

Requirements:

minimum 2 years experience as a head barista in a cafe, restaurant or hotel.

knowledge with adjusting pressure, temps + grind.

basic coffee art skills.

confidence with customers.

haccp trained

flexibility to work over a 7 day period

as this is a customer facing role, a pleasant, friendly attitude is a must!
