We’re partnering with a fast-growing, multi-entity, high end consumer business to hire a Group Finance Manager to work closely with the Group Finance Director and take ownership of group reporting, consolidation and controls. This is a high-impact role for a technically strong accountant who enjoys combining rigorous group accounting with commercial insight and leadership. What you’ll be doing Leading monthly group management accounts with board-level commentaryOwning group consolidation, intercompany and IFRS 16Managing the year-end audit and statutory accountsDriving forecasting, budgeting and KPI reportingPartnering with Head Office teams on costs and budgetsManaging and developing a small, capable finance teamImproving processes, controls and reporting systems What we’re looking for ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)Strong group accounting and balance sheet control experienceBackground in retail, e-commerce or multi-channel environmentsAdvanced Excel skills (Power BI / Power Query a plus)Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving business Why apply?
