(Company Name - Subscribers only) is proud to be working with our long-standing client who is a well-established and growing business based in St Ives. We are currently recruiting for a Goods In Operative to join a friendly, fast-paced warehouse team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values accuracy, and wants stability within a reputable organisation.In the Role as a Goods In Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring all incoming deliveries are received, checked, and processed correctly. This is a varied role combining physical work with attention to detail and system accuracy. Key responsibilities include:
- Receiving and checking deliveries against paperwork
- Booking stock onto internal systems accurately
- Inspecting goods for damage or discrepancies
- Moving stock to the correct storage locations
- Supporting general warehouse duties as required
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a goods-in environment, ideally with experience in small components
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Comfortable with manual handling
- Reliable, punctual, and keen to learn
This Goods In Operative position would suit someone who enjoys a structured role and takes pride in getting things right first time. You’ll be supported with training and become a valued part of the operation. What’s On Offer
