We are a NICEIC approved electrical installation contractor based in Central London. Our extensive experience in the industry ranges from the retail and leisure sector to large residential projects, schools and places of worship.

Position: General Assistant
Salary: £26,000 u2013 £30,000 a year
Job Type: Full time
Location: London, UK
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the office team.
Main Responsibilities
- Screening and directing telephone calls u2013 Handling queries and taking messages where appropriate
- Maintaining diary u2013 schedule appointments and meetings
- Managing inboxes u2013 Reviewing and attending to emails
- Organising correspondence for live projects u2013 preparing letters & reports, as well as liaising with onsite staff, suppliers & clients
- Maintaining Office procedures / administrative systems u2013 filing, completing incoming & outgoing Health & Safety paperwork
- Back Office Support u2013 Maintaining appropriate levels of office supplies, stationary & uniform
Requirements:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- The ability to research, digest, analyse and present material clearly and concisely
- The ability to work on your own initiative
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- We hold a sponsorship licence and would be willing to sponsor the right candidate after a trial.

Schedule: Monday to Thursday u2013 9AM -5:30 PM Friday 9AM -5PM (1 Hour lunch break)
Role is office based
Supplemental pay types: Yearly bonus
Work Location: In person u2013 NW9 8TR London (must be able to get to office easily)
Experience preferred but not essential as we WILL train you.
