Overview

Duties

• Lead and manage a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.
• Train, mentor, and develop staff, providing guidance on best practices in retail management and sales techniques.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Address any customer concerns or issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance.
• Collaborate with upper management to develop operational strategies that enhance productivity.

Experience

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a retail or sales environment is required.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent time management skills, capable of prioritising tasks effectively.
• Experience in managing sales teams or retail operations is advantageous.
• Bilingual ( English and Chinese) capabilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with a broader customer base. Social Media Skills with Little Red Book targeting Chinese students are highly desirable.
• A background in sales management or retail management will be beneficial for this role.

Pay: £30,734.00 per year
