Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, from greeting customers to managing reservations, all while maintaining a high standard of service.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials and promotions.
• Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area, including tables, chairs, and waiting areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
• Assist in training new staff members as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential; a positive attitude is key.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A keen eye for detail to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
• A passion for providing outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for guests.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £11.44-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
